It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our dear friend and founder member James on February 17th 2008; who many of you will know as DJ Sine. A hugely talented technician, DJ and musician, James contracted malaria whilst visiting the West African country of Guinea with the drumming group Tanante.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends and all those who were touched by his music, spirit and generosity over the years. We could not have done any of this without you, nor would we have wished to.
To show our respects we are dedicating this months Drum Music to James Brown (DJ Sine) and celebrating the life of a legend with an extra special event.
